Rohde & Schwarz has announced the return of its UK Wireless Communications Seminar for 2024. This event will feature presentations and educational sessions by world-renowned test and measurement experts for industry professionals. On Tuesday, 4 June, the seminar will be held in Farnborough, UK, offering a day of discussions and learning about the current and future developments in the dynamic field of wireless communications.
Esteemed in-house industry speakers Reiner Stuhlfauth and Jörg Köpp will present and engage in topical debates covering a wide range of applications in cellular testing, non-cellular testing, infrastructure testing, and emerging technologies and standards.
The agenda includes sessions on: “5G Advanced – the ongoing evolution of 5G”, “Wi-Fi 7 – IEEE 802.11be: Everything you need to know to test it”, and “Non-Terrestrial Networks – ensuring NTN device performance”, along with other topics of interest.
Delegates will have the opportunity to learn about the continuing evolution of 5G, the developing O-RAN ecosystem, 5G enhancements such as reduced capability (RedCap) NR devices and non-terrestrial networks, and the progress towards 6G. The seminar, which is free to attend, will take place at The Village Hotel in Farnborough, on Tuesday, 4 June, from 09:30 to 16:00.
