This solution leverages Intel Edge Insights for Industrial and OpenVINO for precise object detection and positioning through AI inference. Utilizing UAO IEC-61499 for open automation and Intel Edge Controls for Industrial, the iEP-5010G enables real-time control through EtherCAT. Additionally, the demo features instant display of arm movement status on HMI. The UAO IEC-61499 also enables software-hardware decoupling for interoperability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
