We are thrilled to present the remarkable robotic control live demo, powered by iEP-9020E and iEP-5010G Robust Edge AIoT Platform products, integrating AI vision with robot capabilities. This solution leverages Intel Edge Insights for Industrial and OpenVINO for precise object detection and positioning through AI inference. Utilizing UAO IEC-61499 for open automation and Intel Edge Controls for Industrial, the iEP-5010G enables real-time control through EtherCAT. Additionally, the demo features instant display of arm movement status on HMI. The UAO IEC-61499 also enables software-hardware decoupling for interoperability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
