Ezurio recently announced the forthcoming release of the Sona TI351, the latest addition to its expanding range of Wi-Fi 6 modules. This module has been specifically designed to address the stringent requirements of industrial and medical IoT applications, offering advanced wireless technology within a compact and durable form, ensuring secure and dependable connectivity in the most demanding environments.
Built on the Texas Instruments SimpleLink CC3351 Wi-Fi and Bluetooth LE companion IC, the Sona TI351 is equipped with the latest Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) and Bluetooth LE 5.4 standards. It delivers high data throughput, extended range, and enhanced network efficiency. With dual-band functionality, the TI351 supports data rates of up to 40 Mbps, making it particularly well-suited for applications that require real-time data transmission and low-latency communication.

The Sona TI351 is part of the Ezurio Premium Wi-Fi Advantage range, offering superior connectivity, hardware, software, regulatory compliance, and global support that surpasses all other providers. Specifically designed for industrial IoT connectivity, the TI351 includes access to SDIO and UART interfaces, supports industrial operating temperatures, and features the latest generation of Wi-Fi and Bluetooth LE technology. It is available in both pluggable card and SMT M.2 formats. Additionally, the TI351 comes with eight pre-certified antenna families, including chip, mini nanoblade, and FlexPIFA options, providing flexible implementation, optimised performance, and a significantly faster route to regulatory approvals.
