Qualcomm Incorporated has completed the acquisition of Sequans Communications S.A.’s 4G IoT technology through its subsidiary, Qualcomm Technologies, Inc.
This strategic acquisition expands Qualcomm’s portfolio of industrial IoT solutions, enhancing its capabilities in providing reliable and optimised cellular connectivity for a wide range of IoT applications.
