Digicomm International has acquired EasyStreet Systems, a manufacturer of smart composite poles and intelligent infrastructure solutions. The acquisition accelerates the deployment of next-generation smart city and telecom networks and marks a strategic expansion of Digicomm’s offerings into the rapidly growing infrastructure markets.
Founded in 2020 by telecom veterans Pete Chase and Kent Harrison, EasyStreet Systems has quickly established itself as a pioneer in smart pole technology. Its American manufactured (BABA compliant) composite poles enable fast, sustainable, and cost-effective deployment of small cells, IoT, WiFi, lighting, EV charging, sensors, and more – serving municipalities, telecom carriers, and developers who are building scalable infrastructure for connected communities.
“We are excited to become part of the Digicomm family,” said Pete Chase, CEO of EasyStreet Systems. “This strategic partnership will enable us to accelerate growth and bring EasyStreet’s solutions to new markets and customers globally.”
By integrating EasyStreet’s lightweight, sustainable, and rapidly deployable smart poles into its expansive product ecosystem, Digicomm is poised to continue delivering comprehensive solutions across broadband, 5G, and smart infrastructure.
“EasyStreet brings a unique and compelling value proposition to the market,” stated Rob Donziger, CEO of Digicomm International. “This acquisition complements our capabilities to meet the surging demand for intelligent infrastructure. Together, we see significant growth opportunities across the telecom, municipal, and commercial sectors. We’re committed to continuing our growth strategy and will actively seek further acquisitions that strengthen our position in the market and expand our solutions we can offer our customers.”
The acquisition underscores both companies’ shared commitment to innovation and operational excellence, helping customers with deploying future-ready infrastructure quickly and efficiently.
