Erqos Technologies and DashIO have announced a partnership to simplify Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) automation by integrating Erqos’ EQSP32 MicroPLC with DashIO’s powerful smartphone UI platform. This collaboration delivers a true end-to-end solution, enabling users to configure, control, and monitor industrial systems with ease—whether locally via direct connection or remotely through the Cloud.
Erqos’ EQSP32 is a fully open, MicroPLC that breaks away from the constraints of closed-architecture competitors. Unlike traditional microPLCs that lock users into proprietary software, limited expansion options, and costly licensing fees, the EQSP32 provides full programmability, MQTT and Home Assistant integration, and flexible I/O configurations.
As a result, developers and industrial engineers can customise their applications freely, integrate third-party solutions, and take full control of their automation systems without vendor restrictions. The system is designed for both local and Cloud-based industrial automation, offering a scalable, cost-effective alternative to rigid legacy PLCs.
DashIO improves this solution by offering a fast and intuitive way for users to create and deploy fully functional dashboards on their smartphones or tablets. Without writing complex code, users can design custom interfaces with buttons, dials, graphs, and other interactive UI elements to monitor and control their EQSP32-based systems. DashIO supports multiple connection options, including Bluetooth and TCP/IP for local control, as well as MQTT for secure remote access via the Cloud.
