Anritsu is pleased to introduce the Virtual Signalling Tester NR Software MX844030PC: a software-based test simulator for developing 5G IoT chipsets and devices.
The software-based visualisation testing market has grown significantly in recent years in tandem with demand for solutions leveraging the advantages of virtualisation simulators – including reduced costs, efficient testing, and risk reduction, with a focus on creating flexible scenarios.
Testing on a PC environment without conventional dedicated development testers facilitates a reduction in hardware and operating costs, shorter test cycles and quick feedback. Different test environments under similar conditions to actual operation environments can be constructed flexibly because it is easy to customise matching development requirements.
This solution supports 5G IoT testing by using a new simulator that operates in a virtual environment n a PC using advanced architecture and a Software Defined Radio (SDR) that implements most conventional radio functions in software.
It will be showcased at MWC in Barcelona from 3-6 March.
