Technology institute Innovate Tech Charlotte is pleased to unveil its forthcoming “Sustainability and AI Summer Camp”, scheduled to take place at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from 17-31 July, 2024. This fortnight-long camp is tailored for secondary school students enthusiastic about STEM and sustainability, providing a distinctive fusion of education, practical engagement, and real-world application.
The summer camp aims to equip students with vital competencies in artificial intelligence, cloud computing, IoT, and Blockchain. Participants will be given Sustainability STEM Kits to investigate and tackle the UN’s significant Social, Economic, and Environmental concerns. Additionally, the camp showcases our exclusive Technology As A Trade shirt, a groundbreaking leadership assessment, and extensive career and pay path advice, with potential roles offering annual salaries ranging from £60,000 to £120,000.
“Today’s rapidly evolving technological landscape requires a workforce that is not only proficient in AI and related technologies but also deeply aware of sustainability issues. Our camp prepares young minds for high-paying, impactful careers in these crucial sectors,” said Paul Day, the Program Director at Innovate Tech Charlotte.
For a limited time, Innovate Tech Charlotte is extending a 50% discount on camp registrations. This endeavour not only seeks to educate the forthcoming cohort of tech luminaries but also bolsters our overarching objective to enrich access to top-tier STEM education.
The camp will also feature guest speakers from leading industries and a enriching curriculum, culminating in a Certificate of Achievement for all attendees. “We are committed to fostering an environment where young talent can thrive and are excited to see the solutions these young innovators will develop for global sustainability challenges,” added Paul Day.
