Avalue Technology has announced the successful expansion of its MCU product line through an investment in Immense Oak Technologies. aiming to explore new market segments and strengthen its global competitiveness. This strategic collaboration not only provides customers with more customized choices but also achieves mutually beneficial performance growth through global branding, business teams, distributors, and service networks.
Immense Oak Technologies has earned an excellent reputation in the field of graphic control software development and has extensive integration capabilities for MCU microcontrollers. This collaboration introduces Immense Oak Technologies’ Graphic User Interface (GUI) design into the no coding or low coding field, providing an intuitive user interface with support for various pre-defined widgets. This enables users to easily design the desired graphic control user interface, effectively reducing development time and achieving faster time-to-market.
MCU microcontrollers are outstanding for the low cost, high integration, short development cycles, and mass production capabilities. Widely used in retail, smart buildings, automotive, medical peripherals, industrial automation, and more, they meet the needs for control and monitoring functions. In fields like IoT and embedded systems, their characteristics of low power consumption, small size, and rapid implement have broad application value. Particularly suitable for markets with high customization needs and large volumes, such as vending machines, coffee machines, air conditioning/lighting controllers, automotive dashboard controllers, infusion controllers, and low-end industrial control applications, MCU microcontrollers become an ideal choice. In addition to supporting Android and Windows operating systems, Avalue also provides support for GUI’s HMI solutions to meet diverse customer needs in the HMI market.
Avalue’s current Panel PC product line is primarily based on the x86 and ARM architecture. By combining Immense Oak’s graphic control software technology with Avalue’s hardware advantages in the embedded field, they are jointly creating a new MCU product line, offering more customized choices for the MCU application market. Compared to typical x86 and ARM architecture boards, MCU designs are relatively simple, fast, and compact, with lower design costs, making them suitable for simple and high-demand markets. This investment not only successfully expands the MCU product line but also drives the integrated services of the subsidiary, Eversun Electronic Co., Ltd, ensuring that all products are made in Taiwan. This not only guarantees quality but also helps meet the application requirements of the low-end terminal market, attracting more customers in need of MCU and GUI products.
Philip Chang, General Manager of Avalue Technology, pointed out, “We are very optimistic about the widespread demand for MCU microcontrollers in many application markets, especially in non-consumer markets such as industrial control/automotive. Avalue can provide flexible customization while maintaining the stability of industrial computers. This investment marks a new milestone in the collaboration between Avalue Technology and Immense Oak Technologies. We look forward to creating a broader market by integrating of each other’s software and hardware technical advantages and resources, achieving a win-win situation, creating more opportunities for both parties, and leading Avalue to another remarkable performance peak.”
Anthony Guo, General Manager of Immense Oak Technologies, said, “We are looking forward to collaborating with Avalue Technology to create future success stories together. This cooperation will fully leverage the strengths of both parties, especially the synergies in MCU and GUI HMI solutions, to provide customers with more diverse solutions. We expect this partnership to bring greater market opportunities for our products and services, and together, we will meet the challenges of the future.”
