Facilities management firm Bellrock has appointed industry veteran Mark Evans as Director of Sales, Engineering Services, as the company looks to accelerate growth across its technical and engineering divisions.
Evans, who has more than two decades of experience in the facilities management and built-environment sectors, joins Bellrock from JLL, where he spent five years, following nearly a decade at Integral. He will oversee Bellrock’s engineering and technical service lines, with a remit to expand the company’s market presence and deepen client partnerships.
“Their disruptive approach is redefining the industry,” Evans said. “Engineering Services sits at the heart of the business, and we have a real opportunity to accelerate growth by blending our technical capability with the power of data, technology, and AI.”
He added that his focus would be on driving value through data-led insight, strengthening relationships with clients, and empowering teams to deliver “efficient, intelligent, and truly connected” solutions.
Colette Fellows, Managing Director of Bellrock Critical Engineering, said Evans’s appointment reflects the company’s push to embed technology and innovation across its service lines. “He brings both deep sector experience and a forward-thinking mindset that aligns perfectly with our strategic vision,” she said. “His ability to connect commercial growth with innovation and people development makes him a powerful addition to our senior leadership team.”
Founded in 2003, Bellrock positions itself as a technology-led challenger in the facilities management sector. Its operations span five divisions, including Technologies, Intelligent Asset Care, Critical Engineering, Jordon, and Consulting. The company’s services are supported by its Concerto software platform, which integrates workplace, asset, and facilities management tools aimed at improving efficiency and sustainability.
Evans’s appointment underscores Bellrock’s ambition to combine digital intelligence with engineering expertise as it seeks to redefine property and facilities management across the UK.
