Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA) have announced that Cristiano Amon, President and CEO of Qualcomm, has been invited to be the speaker of the COMPUTEX 2025 keynote, where he will share his vision of the transformative impact of AI on device experiences and ecosystems. The keynote will be held on the 19th May at 2pm (UTC+8) at Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center Hall 2, 7F.
For 40 years, Qualcomm has been working on next-generation technologies, setting the pace for innovation across industries. Edge AI impacts virtually every industry as phones, PCs, cars, and other devices are becoming increasingly interactive and personalised.
Cristiano Amon is the President and CEO of Qualcomm, ahving been instrumental in shaping the company’s strategic direction, particularly for Edge AI, the development of a leading and differentiated product roadmap, and accelerating 5G adoption.
Under his leadership, Qualcomm has expanded and diversified into a range of industries such as automotive, computing, virtual reality, augmented reality, networking, and industrial.
Under the theme ‘AI Next’, COMPUTEX 2025 is due to take place from 20-23 May at Tapei Nangang Exhibition Center Hall 1 & 2. The event will host almost 1,400 exhibitors showcasing three major themes: AI and robotics, next-gen tech, and future mobility.
