IBASE Technology has unveiled the MI1005, a new Mini-ITX embedded motherboard designed for advanced industrial IoT, Edge AI and compact high-performance systems. Engineered with the cutting‑edge Intel Core Ultra 200H and 200U Series mobile processors (codenamed Arrow Lake‑U/H) onboard, MI1005 delivers industry‑leading compute power and energy efficiency with configurable TDP up to 65 W.
To meet growing demand for compact, powerful platforms at the Edge, the MI1005 harnesses Intel’s advanced hybrid architecture, featuring built-in CPU, GPU, and NPU engines that collectively deliver up to 99 TOPS of AI performance. This multi-engine capability facilitates real-time data processing, vision analytics, and AI inferencing at the edge without the need for discrete accelerators. Whether deployed in AI-enabled kiosks, Edge servers, or automated control systems, the MI1005 provides a powerful and energy-efficient solution to accelerate digital transformation at the edge.
Built with industrial-grade reliability, the MI1005 supports up to 96GB of DDR5-6400 cSO-DIMM memory and offers a comprehensive set of interfaces, including three 2.5GbE LAN ports, one PCI-E (x4), triple M.2 (E-Key and M-Key) expansion slots, and versatile display outputs such as HDMI 2.1, DP 1.4a, eDP 1.4b, and dual USB-C. These features make the MI1005 well suited for demanding Edge deployments across smart manufacturing, machine vision, intelligent transportation, retail, and automation sectors.
