Aquablu unveiled the REFILL+ Series 2. Powered by the new AURA operating system, the Series 2 sets a new benchmark for sustainable, intelligent hydration in the workplace.
Founded in 2018 in the Netherlands by Marnix Stokvis and Marc van Zuylen, Aquablu was created with a clear mission: to make healthy, sustainable hydration accessible to a billion people worldwide. Since then, the company has grown rapidly, partnering with major clients including Heineken, Adyen and Microsoft, and now operates in more than sixteen countries, serving over 100,000 workers.
The new REFILL+ Series 2 represents the company’s most advanced product development to date and is now available in the UK. Combining sleek design with smart technology, it delivers hot, cold, sparkling and vitamin-rich flavoured water, all from a single device. The REFILL+ Series 2 improves on the REFILL+ by including a new hot water module so users can enjoy perfectly heated water at 80°C or 95°C for different types of tea, as well as colder chilled (from 2°C) and extra-sparkling water. It also adds connection for two additional flavour slots, allowing for over sixty different combinations. Functional flavours include Lemon, Mango Guava, Red Fruits, Peach, and Raspberry & Pomegranate and options with no sweetener or sugar, enriched with vitamins and minerals.
Most recently, Aquablu released a new flavour blend, REFRESH, to supplement its existing range. This light and energising option helps you start fresh on a busy workday. Crisp cucumber meets zesty yuzu and fresh mint, infused with Vitamins C & B12 for a revitalising reset.
The company has focused hard on understanding the actual impact its products have on worker health and happiness through hydration, with its design driven to enhance productivity and well-being in the workplace.
At the heart of REFILL+ Series 2 is AURA, Aquablu’s new Hydration Operating System. AURA connects every Aquablu system within an organisation to a single intelligent dashboard, providing real-time insights into water usage, CO₂ and plastic savings, and system performance. For facility managers, this means fewer maintenance issues, automated supply management and clear sustainability reporting.
