Danish wireless sensor network company, NeoCortec has moved to new premises in the Copenhagen suburb of Skovlunde.
The new site was chosen to meet the company’s plans to increase production and expand the business. CEO, Thomas Steen Halkier, said: “We are in the process of scaling up the business and we are in a phase where things are happening fast. The new headquarters has ample space for growth and expansion which will support the rapidly-expanding market for our NeoMesh technology.”
The company’s dynamic, low power, bi-directional wireless network modules are used in IoT and cloud-connected sensor network applications. They are based on its proprietary protocol stack and can be scaled up with almost no limit to network size or depth, according to the company.
The range of pre-approved modules are compact (11 x 18 x 2.6mm) and operate in the 2.4GHz and sub-1GHz bands and have current consumption down to 20 µA.
The company also supplies Mini PCI Express (PCIe) interface modules and breakout boards for developers, serving smart homes and offices, metering, security, agriculture, industry 4.0, medical and food distribution market sectors.wirle
The mesh technologies and modules are available through Mouser, RS Components and OKdo as well as regional distributors.
