Global leader in IoT intelligent systems and embedded platforms Advantech will spotlight its latest developments at Embedded World (Nuremberg, 10 – 12th March 2026), with a strong focus this year on Edge AI acceleration, robotics and vertical-ready platforms. Visitors will find the company in the centre of Hall 3, Booth 339, where Advantech will demonstrate end-to-end Edge AI solutions developed in close collaboration with leading silicon and technology partners including NVIDIA, Qualcomm, Intel, NXP and AMD. Live demonstrations on the booth will highlight how such collaborations translate into improved performance across the fields of robotics, industrial automation, medical devices, and secure embedded systems.
A live stage for Edge AI innovation
New for 2026, Advantech’s booth will feature a dedicated presentation stage, hosting a series of short expert talks throughout the show. In the sessions, visitors will explore how Advantech helps customers accelerate AI adoption at the edge by combining silicon innovation, optimised platforms and deep ecosystem integration.
Planned sessions include:
- Tuesday, 15:00: Advantech – Your Edge AI Accelerator, by Umar Ahmad, AI/Robotics Technical Specialist
- Wednesday, 11:00: Innovate at the Edge with Advantech AI Accelerators and ARM Architecture, by Faizan Mohammed, ARM Platform Application Engineer
- Wednesday, 15:00: Edge AI: Why Software and Hardware Dependencies Matter – and How to Resolve Them, by Umar Ahmad, AI/Robotics Technical Specialist
- Thursday, 11:00: Advantech – your Edge AI Accelerator, by Umar Ahmad, AI/Robotics Technical Specialist
Demonstrating scalable Edge AI – from device to Edge server
During the show, Advantech will run continuous live demonstrations on its booth to illustrate how its Edge AI portfolio supports entry-, mid- and high-level AI workloads. Rather than focusing on individual products, these demos will showcase complete, vertically aligned solutions combining Edge AI servers, AI-ready edge systems, AI acceleration modules and the Advantech Edge AI SDK.
Key demonstrations will span:
- AI-driven robotics and perception, including scalable robotic vision and multi-platform perception pipelines
- Edge HPC and AI training at the edge, enabling applications such as autonomous mobile robot (AMR) development and logistics automation
- Device AI for medical, industrial and smart infrastructure use cases, highlighting the latest CPU and SoC generations from Advantech’s silicon partners
- AI acceleration at the edge, from vision to voice, demonstrating generative AI and inference on compact, industrial-grade platforms
The demos collectively underline Advantech’s ecosystem’s ability to deliver Edge AI architectures that balance performance, power efficiency and long-term deployment requirements.
Security and compliance built in
In addition to AI performance, Advantech will highlight its early and proactive approach to embedded security and regulatory compliance. The company will present CRA-aligned products, tools and services built on IEC 62443 principles, supporting faster time to market for secure embedded systems. Partner solutions from leading certification and security specialists Bureau Veritas, Onekey, Dekra and SGS will also be showcased on the booth, demonstrating how ecosystem collaboration helps simplify compliance and strengthen device security from design through deployment.
A ‘vertical-first’ approach to Edge AI
Across all demonstrations and presentations, Advantech will emphasise its vertical market strategy, with dedicated platforms designed for applications such as robotics, industrial automation, medical devices and mission-critical systems. This approach enables customers and partners to move from evaluation to deployment more efficiently, supported by Advantech’s strong local customisation service (DMS), which provide design, integration and configuration expertise tailored to regional and application-specific requirements.
Visitors to Embedded World 2026 are invited to experience Advantech’s latest Edge AI and robotics innovations in Hall 3, Booth 339.
