UpTime Solutions appoints Jeremy Drury as CCO

UpTime Solutions have recently announced the appointment of Jeremy Drury as its new Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)

UpTime Solutions, a provider of wireless condition monitoring solutions, have announced the appointment of Jeremy Drury as its new Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). Drury will be responsible for leading the company’s commercial strategy, strategic partnerships, and market development efforts as the company expands access to its technology across key industries.

Drury’s appointment coincides with the 2025 Reliable Plant Conference, where he will join the UpTime Solutions team in meeting with customers and industry professionals.

For more than 20 years, UpTime Solutions has supported industrial operations with wireless condition monitoring systems built for real-world industrial operations of any size. Drury’s appointment marks the company’s first major investment in commercial growth, building on a strong product foundation.

“Jeremy brings deep industry experience and a strong track record of commercial leadership,” said Russell Beard, Chief Executive Officer, UpTime Solutions. “He understands both the strategic and operational sides of this work — and knows how to drive adoption, scale, and customer success in the industrial IoT space.”

Drury has held executive roles at Hydraulax Products and an industrial IoT startup, where he helped bring new condition monitoring technologies to market and supported deployments in a wide range of operating environments. Over the last decade, he has helped shape the industry narrative around industrial IoT — serving as a keynote speaker, trade show presenter and host of a web series dedicated to smart maintenance and reliability practices.

“UpTime Solutions has taken the time to build things right — products and services that perform, backed by quality-minded people who stay involved,” said Drury. “That’s a rare combination. My focus now is making sure today’s manufacturers — who remain overburdened and understaffed — can access the technology and support that make UpTime different.”
