Purple has announced a strategic partnership with X10 Technologies, an IT and cybersecurity solutions provider. Through this partnership, X10 will resell Purple’s guest Wi-Fi and data analysis tools using its established sales channels.

The collaboration brings together X10’s reliable infrastructure with Purple’s smart digital tools to provide a connected ecosystem that helps businesses to optimise every guest interaction. By being able to capture real-time data – such as dwell times, repeat visits, and traffic patterns – businesses are able to engage with guests in smarter ways, maximise space usage, and deliver personalised messages and offers that drive revenue and loyalty.
