First converged IIoT hub to be showcased at IoT Tech Expo

FairCom has announced that it is a platinum sponsor of IoT Tech Expo Global in London, where the company will be exhibiting its solution for IoT and Industry 4.0 environments.

According to the company, FairCom EDGE is the world’s first converged Industrial IoT hub, combining an MQTT broker with a web server and a fully functional database.

IoT Tech Expo Global will take place 6th-7th September at London’s Business Design Centre. In addition to showcasing FairCom EDGE, the company’s chief architect, Mike Bowers, will present ‘Unlocking Machine Data (and its value) with a Converged Industrial IoT Hub’ at 10:45am BST on the 6th.

He will also be a panel member for ‘Data on the Move – Intelligent Decision Making for Process Optimisation’ on the 6th at 11:50am. The FairCom exhibit and demo will be located at stand 89.

FairCom EDGE enables organisations to easily access, share and leverage IIoT data, removing the need for complex integration and administration. At the same time, it is a lightweight and portable solution that can run anywhere – on the device, at the edge or in the cloud.

FairCom EDGE also bridges industry standard protocols with full support for MQTT, OPC UA, Siemens Simatic 7 and ThingWorx AlwaysOn, while at the same time persisting messages to its underlying database for interactive analytics via standard SQL.

In July, FairCom EDGE received the 2021 IoT Product of the Year Award, presented by IoT Evolution World.
